Scaled:35/45, ring row,box push ups

 Accessory
3 Giant Sets* of:
12 Dumbbell Bench Press
9  Dumbbell Row
6  Dumbbell Shoulder Press

*A Giant Set are not for time, but are done with minimal rest between movements. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.
