2 Power Clean, 2 Ring Muscle-Ups
3 Power Clean, 3 Ring Muscle-Ups
Continue adding one repetition to each movement until the 20-minute time cap.
Scaled/Teen – 35/45, 2X Ring Row/Pull up and push up or MU Progression
Rx – 205/145
