Overhead Squat (4X1 (3 Sec Pause in bottom of ohs)
Metcon
Lynne (AMRAP – Reps)
5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
Pull-ups

3:00 min Rest Between Rounds.
“Scaled”
(5 Rounds for max reps of: 50-75% of BW and Ring Row or Banded Pullup)
All movements must be unbroken.
Move directly from the bench press to the pull-ups. Score is total reps across all five rounds.
