High Hang Squat Clean – Hang Squat Clean – Squat Clean – Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean – Hang Squat Clean – Squat Clean – Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean – Hang Squat Clean – Squat Clean – Split Jerk
*Each set consists of completing all 12 reps without dropping the bar. *Rest as needed between rounds
