We are looking for a moderate load on the barbell(roughly 60% or less) that we could complete the first 21 repetitions unbroken on, if we went for it.  On the Hspu scale a few ways one is wall walks with a rep scheme of 7-6-5, Strict seated Db press, or less volume on the hspu 15-12-9
Strength/Accessory
Post Wod
3 Sets of 8 Reps:
Superset Dumbbell Bench Press
and
Dumbbell Row
(take 2 to 3 warm up sets to find working weights)
