Weightlifting Friday!
Push Press (7×3)
*This is a single-modality, heavy weightlifting day. The goal is to lift the heaviest load possible for 3 reps. All sets should be performed above approximately 80 percent of an athlete’s 1-rep max. In order to achieve this goal, encourage athletes to rest 3-5 minutes between sets.
