For max reps at each station:
OPEN-PERFORMANCE:
Tabata dumbbell shoulder presses (35’s/25’s)
Tabata dumbbell jumping lunges
Tabata ring dips
Tabata dumbbell walking lunges
Tabata dumbbell push presses

FITNESS:
(25’s/15’s)

*The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. There is no rest between stations.
