Back Squat (5rm)
Last week we did 5×5 @ 90%of our 5rm. This week let’s shoot for 5lbs more than the previous 5rm, so that next week’s 5×5 is also a little heavier.
For Time:
25 Power Cleans 115/75
25 Front Squats 115/75
25 Thrusters 115/75lbs
100m Walking Lunge Steps (unweighted)

Performance: 95/65

Fitness: 75/55

Absolutely no more than 3 sets on any of the three movements.
With only one time through, push out of your comfort zone.
The lunges are bodyweight only.
The time domain for this is sub 12 minutes.
200m walk
Pigeon pose – 1 min/each
Child pose – 1 min/each
