AMRAP 15 Min:
200m Run
4 Ring Muscle Ups
Run 200m
8 Strict HSPU

Performance: 8 C2B (sub for muscle ups)

Fitness: 8 Pull-ups (sub for muscle ups), Seated DB Press (sub for hspu) 35/25’s

Possible Modifications:
-Scale back volume of gymnastic movements to keep moving.
-Jumping Muscle-ups or Muscle-up transition practice.
-If unable to run sub 200m row or bike 18/15cal
