Looking for moderate-weight, fast-speed triples. We want  to avoid the dreaded slow press-out reps.

Every 4 Minutes for 12 Min:
Open:
20 Burpees
10 Power Cleans 155/105
10 Strict Pull-ups

Performance: 135/95

Fitness: 115/75, 6 Strict Pull-ups
Stimulus: Rounds are meant to be fast and furious. Looking to be working for about 3 minutes or less per interval.
