Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups (Every :90 for 12 Min 5-15 Chest to Bar Pull Up)
Focus of the gymnastics piece today is a repeatable set for eight rounds.

Modifications: pull-ups, banded, ring row
5 Rounds:
10 Shoulder to Overhead*
20 Air Squats
10 Power Cleans
20 Air Squats
-Rest 1:00 after each round
*Athlete picks the load

Stimulus: The goal for each round is to remain 2:30 or less. Shoulder-to-overhead weight that can be performed in no more than 2 sets in any round. Only use one barbell, so the shoulder to overhead weight will dictate the power clean weight.
