Barbell Club

We are excited to offer a space and coaching for those whether experienced, new, or looking to refine the olympic lifts (snatch/clean and jerk). Our barbell club program will offer a five day weekly lifting schedule (Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat). The platforms will be available M-F (6a-8a, 5:30p-7:30p) Sat (9a-12p). Mon/Wed/Fri from 5:30p-7:30p we will have one of our USAW certified coaches providing expert coaching. Wether you are an experienced lifter or new to the olympic lifts we are here to help you. Our space includes  lifting platforms, equipped with competition style bumper plates, squat racks, and barbells. Stop by and check it out. We are offering a sign-up special of $95 a month if signed up in the first 30 days (sign ups will start at the end of April).
