Our space includes platforms, equipped with competition style bumper plates, squat racks, and oly barbells.

Barbell Club is an open-gym format. We do have some general olympic lifting programs available for use.  Athletes will be able to reserve a platform throughout the day in 90-minute windows. Starting July 6th, the platform limit will be 2 athletes at any one given 90-minute window. Reservations will be required in Wodify for these 90-minute time slots.

Time slots are as follows:

  1. 5:30 am – 7:00 am
  2. 9:30 am – 11:00 am
  3. 11:15 am – 12:45 pm
  4. 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
  5. 6:15 pm – 7:45 pm

Saturday – 8 30 am – 10 am and 10:15 am – 11:45 am

Programming will not be provided by the gym moving forward. However, coach Danielle is available for hire to craft a fantastic weightlifting program just for you.
