If you have never lifted a weight in your life or if it’s been long time no worries, we have our Foundations course which is a 4 day individual program. During Foundations we teach you all of the CrossFit basics in a slower paced environment to help teach you proper technique and build confidence before entering our regular classes.

Have you been doing CrossFit for awhile? If so come by and workout with us we offer your first 3 classes free, so you can check out the gym.
