Lifestyle is a 45 minute high-intensity cardio class. Lifestyle is for anyone looking for a great coach led workout! No experience needed. To get started just come by 10 min before class and we will get you all set-up.
Our Lifestyle program is perfect for individuals short on time to commit to our CrossFit program or anyone who is bored of their current exercise regimen and wants to get a great workout in 45 min or less!
During these classes you have a coach teaching you proper movement mechanics. Lot’s of variety in these classes using dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, jump ropes and running, etc.
