60 Double Unders, 30 Sit-ups, 200 Meter Run
40 Double Unders, 20 Sit-ups, 200 Meter Run
20 Double Unders, 10 Sit-ups, 200 Meter Run

2 x single-unders

 If unable to run, complete one of the following:

250/200 Meter Row
15/10 Cal Echo Bike
20/15 Schwinn Bike
