15 minutes here to build to heavy set of 5 power snatches. These are to be performed touch and go, prioritizing solid mechanics over weight on the bar

Wallball strategy as follows:
**2 Sets**: 15-15
**3 Sets**: 12-10-8
**4 Sets**: 8-8-7-7
