Pause Power Position Clean Warm Up
4×3 @ 40-60% 1RM
Then:
Hang Clean (Above knee every 2 Min for 12 Min 3 Reps @ 70%+)
*Jerk the last rep of each set and will drop and reset between every rep.

24 Air Squats
12 Toes to Bar
