Deadlift 
Work up to a Heavy Deadlift Single, looking for technically sound 1rm.
(we will use this lift for percentage work throughout this Phase .)

Run 400m
30 Sit Ups
24 KB Snatch 53/35lbs

Fitness: 35/26
(Rest 2:00 after each round)

Try to hold onto the KB for the whole set, switching arms as often as needed.
