In 10 min, work up to a heavy set of 3 front squats from the floor (may squat clean the first rep)

Fitness: 115/75

Stimulus:Looking for 6-9 rounds. The front squat weight should be manageable in 2 sets or less. Toes to bar should not exceed 3 sets.
