Performance: Deficit 4/2″ Push-ups

Fitness: Deficit 4/2″ Push-ups, 35/25

-Rest 4:00 between AMRAPs-

Stimulus: Shoot for 4 rounds in each of the 2 AMRAPs.
HSPU should not be more than 2 sets in any round, and may be scaled to no deficit, 1-2 wall climbs, or push ups. The dumbbell hang clean and jerks should also not be more than 2 sets at any point.
